I hope all is well! I just wanted to touch base and see if youve had a chance to review the settlement and/or if you have any questions/edits? I went ahead and prepared the proposed order approving the plat reconfiguration; its attached hereto. I used extremely broad language to make sure there wont be any issues down the road. I can revise it if theres anything else youd like to add.

As an update, opposing counsel informed us and the Judge that they will be going the court order route. Ive asked that they prepare a consent order to address any non-conformities (impervious surfaces or otherwise); they are pushing back asking that we prepare it. I am working on the settlement now that I have a decision and will send you a draft for review once completed.
