As a follow up, here are the redlines on the settlement. The insured has not reviewed or approved them yet. She is focused on other concerns at the moment. I am doing what I can to finalize the agreement.

I apologize, I thought I already sent the updated budget. As you know, it's difficult to estimate given the complexities between the parties. I would anticipate no more than $7,500.00 more. This contemplates finalizing the settlement, getting the Plat approved by the City and the County, adjusting the boundary lines with the tax assessor, and ensuring that the fence is relocated.
