Can you make your redlines first? This appears to handicap me considering  his underground pipes are still in place and currently flowing water right now.

    I need to see the trees/topography on both pages.

    I'm uncomfortable with recording anything until I have reviewed it.

    The 60 days to move the fence, per the court transcript, started 10.11.24










    Modifying the terms is not in the court transcript.

    What date are you implying the 60-day countdown starts?
