I recommended a virtual call given the number of participants so that I can delineate who is speaking and so that I can see what documents Brett submitted to the City.

I was suggesting something other than an in person meeting. And I dont think I have seen the plat approved by the court. Regardless, the court cannot order the city to do anything, hence the point of the call. I am trying to work with yall on this because the city isnt bound by the court order.  Does the time work for you?

    Why does this need to be a virtual meeting? Cant it be a phone call? This is only to discuss the plat review process, correct? We have all already seen the final plat and it was approved by the Court.
