Thanks, Lisa. The parties would need will to submit the plat through the project portal and then the City will review the line change. That is when we send it to DeKalb. Everyone will stamp and sign then it will be recorded.

Brett, I am indifferent to the mechanics of how we get the Court to order the City. Is it worth a quick call to the staff attorney to see what the attorney thinks is the best way? Perhaps we could do some sort of limited appearance consent order or something like that?

Thanks,
Jeremy

Jeremy,

Thanks for the update. As part of the Citys approval process, will all interested parties need to sign in wet ink the first page of the Plat that was attached and incorporated into the Courts Order? For reference, I am referring to page 4 of the attached Court Order.

-Lisa

Jeremy,

Thank you for the response and your assistance. Would you like to prepare the consent order or do a modification/acknowledgment? It can also be an amended order with the City acknowledging and accepting the Order/plat reconfiguration without a variance process if thats an option where you wont need to become a party.
