I only added that the City of Brookhaven has consented to and acknowledged to be bound by the Order Approving Settlement and added a signature line for you. If you approve, please add in your signature block and I will email it to the court with you on copy.

Please state or make clear that the City of Brookhaven consents only to moving the property line adjoining the two properties identified above as 2746 and 2740 Grove Street . . .

consistent with the Lot Reconfiguration Plan as stated in the Order and no other part of the Order.  Please send me a draft.
