In order for my client to accept the consent judgment, the last addition needs to be made to the survey to ensure  the accuracy of the survey and reflect the true nature  of his house. I am confused what we need to discuss?

    The parties met with the surveyor and revisions were made, with final copies sent to all parties. The settlement agreement has been prepared and circulated for review. Plaintiff reached out asking for an additional revision to the survey that hadnt been discussed, and we are reviewing the same. If any amendment to the plat is needed, we will make sure that it is done.

        We have the proposed order prepared, and it is being reviewed by Plaintiff. Plaintiffs counsel is out of the country until next week. As soon as she returns, we should be able to get this finalized and sent over.
