Brett,

Good morning. Have you had an opportunity to review the revisions to the settlement agreement?

When do you anticipate sharing your comments?

More specifically, now that the survey is final and Mr. Sweatman has timely obligations to relocate the fence, I want to finalize this document and get the parties to execute as soon as possible to provide him the protections agreed upon during the fence relocation process.

Please call me at your earliest convenience to review the proposed changes.

Thank you,

Lisa

Brett,

Good evening. I am in receipt of the updated survey and my client is currently reviewing the same.

In the interim, attached are my redlined revisions to the draft Settlement Agreement, which are subject to my clients review and approval.

To help facilitate the revision process, please review and let me know your comments.

Thanks,

Lisa
