I hope all is well! I dont think my emails are going through to you for some reason, because I know I have sent several on each of our cases; maybe in spam? As an update on Zeeman, I spoke with private counsel Friday and yesterday to see if there has been any headway on the alleged code violations because opposing counsel is trying to include a retroactive $5,000 per allegation submitted to Brookhaven and that wasnt part of the agreement. Both sides are being difficult and non-responsive, which doesnt make this easy. I have also reached out to the City Attorney to see where things stand with the consent/acknowledgement on the Order approving Settlement/Plat Reconfiguration; I hope to have the approved consent within the next few days. The City planning and development keeps pushing to go the variance route, which is absurd, so keeping the City Attorney on board is key to expedite this. 



I propose that, once the City Attorney signs the consent order, we file a motion to enforce the settlement and have the Judge step in to get this finalized. We do need the plat reconfiguration order signed by the City before the motion to enforce because the plat is a requirement under the agreement. I have a feeling the Judge will enter the consent ASAP once its sent in. Im not sure why Brookhaven is pushing so hard for the variance application unless its so they can deny it (and feel powerful) to put pressure on the parties, but the City Attorney is on board and thats the best route to move this along.
