As I stated previously, it needs to be a final plat. The requirements, per Gaddy whom you wanted to use, were that we do a re-platting, not just a simple survey. A survey would be final upon receipt and approval, but a plat isnt final until the City/County approves it. Plus, we need the final settlement agreement so everyone can execute it. They will end up seeking sanctions if we dont have the settlement done ASAP. What is the holdup on the review?
