Brett,
I previously requested specific documentation regarding:
* Alleged motion threats by opposing counsel
* Responses to my June 23 settlement edits
* Communications with the City, opposing counsel, and the expeditor
Those requests remain unanswered.
For clarity of the record, while I was aware of discussions regarding a proposed order, I did not approve or authorize the submission or filing of any order entered earlier this year. I also did not approve or authorize the submission or filing of any survey, plat, or related documentation.
Until the complete documentation is produced, I do not approve and cannot consider any order, amendment, or further action.
Please preserve all records accordingly.

Sarah,
I hope all is well and that you have a wonderful holiday season ahead. I wanted to follow up on the Order, which was entered earlier this year, as amended by the attorney for Brookhaven so we can move this forward. Have you reviewed? Do you approve the changes? It doesnt change anything with the Order already entered, but it does push this forward without pushback from zoning/planning which has been a huge holdup for the plat reconfiguration.
I really need a response on this. We need to engage with the city attorney and the Judge so we dont look like there is any bad faith delay with the settlement agreement.
Thank you in advance.

Subject: RE: FW: Sweatman v. Zeeman - Judge's Order Approving Settlement and Plat Reconfiguration/City of Brookhaven
Sarah,
I just received the attached proposed edits from the City of Brookhaven Attorney. This is merely adding the City to the Order already entered by the Court. Please review and let me know if you have any questions and approve the same to submit to the Court. Also, Jeff and I discussed opposing counsels concerns over the alleged code violations and their attempt to include a provision in the settlement that had a penalty if allegations were sent in to the City; this, of course, is not part of our settlement agreement. On that note, can you please confirm that you did not submit any complaints or make allegations with respect to Plaintiff/Plaintiffs property? If there were any complaints submitted, can you please provide the details on the same? I dont want to be blindsided in the event we are forced to appear before the Judge. Also, if we can get the attached Order submitted to the Court, we can file a motion to enforce settlement and seek sanctions which would be the strongest play to get this finalized and avoids the risk of opposing counsel filing a motion against you which was previously threatened.
I am happy to set up time to discuss this further. I hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving holiday!!
