Where is the tree legend, Brett?   


It was provided correctly back in 2024, but you are not providing it.

Please explain why you and Gaddy are continuing to alter this and changed the dates again? 


My request has been the same for months, which you have consistently ignored.
Please do the right thing; it is your fiduciary responsibility to the policyholder..


Sweatman needs to move the fence, as per page 41 of the court settlement...now.

    I was finally able to get the signed topography, attached hereto. As for the email communications, I am not intentionally leaving Jeff off the emails; I responded to an email between opposing counsel and the City Attorney. As for the email chain, we were simply waiting on the City Attorney to let us know how the prefer to move forward with the plat approval process; they will be signing a revised Order with a consented to and acknowledged by signature block so that the plat gets approved.
