Thank you  antibiotics and prednisone are helping. I have been trying to talk to him for weeks now and give a rational perspective on resolution. I will try to get both him and our client on a call this week so we can formally respond. I see no reason for everyone to spend a fortune to proceed to trial if we can get this resolved. The only thing that is likely holding this up is the fence location  maybe we could discuss the possibility of splitting the fence where half is in the original location and half is in the current location?

I have tried to get a response and avoid us having to appear tomorrow, but I havent been able to. I am still hopeful we can find a resolution here and I will do what I can to move my side as well. I know you know that my retention is limited to the encroachments and there are other moving parts in this case, but I did want to reach out and just touch base so you knew I was doing what I could. At least its a Zoom hearing because Tania and I have both been out with a brutal sinus infection.
