I stated that he already had it. Further, it is extremely improper to record a virtual meeting with the City Attorney without prior consent. This litigation was settled and we are just trying to finalize the agreement. The City Attorney was assisting in getting the Plat approved so we can move this forward. I am unclear as to where the contention and distrust comes from, but I believe it is misplaced. We have advocated for you over the course of nearly 4 years and prepared for a jury trial wherein the case was settled. The plat amendment to the terms was per your request and approved by the Plaintiff. The settlement agreement has been waiting for redlines since April 4th. You know how zealously I have advocated for you and have made many comments to the same. I am trying to get this resolved so the fence is moved and you receive the settlement funds, but it is making it difficult to protect your property when the delay is coming from our own side.

Also, I believe you tried to call me, but it only rang once. I have been on calls all day. Is there additional discussion you would like to have?
