Hi Marimar,

Brett stated the  opposing counsel claimed there was an error,  and they
have been directly contacting the surveyor.

 They should be communicating to Brett what the error they think is, not
 to the surveyor directly. That sounds like a conflict of interest since
they did not hire him.

I can call the surveyor since no one is telling me what they are concerned
about.
