                I understand you spoke with Sarah Zeeman about her home at 2740 Grove Street. NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319.  I would like to retain your services to provide an engineering review of the damage to her property due to water flow from the neighboring property.  Please revise the attached agreement to reflect my firm as your client and send all reports and invoices to me.  Thanks, and I look forward to working with you.
