2746 grove street built an extension and went beyond the scope of their
permit and also violated dekalb’s sewer easement .

They previously buried their roof stormwater pipes underground to empty
into my yard but a fence prevented me from confirming. I believe the pipes
were buried prior to 2016.

When they tore down the fence and reinstalled more pipes underground it got
tremendously worse and I was able to confirm their installation and it was
also within the Dekalb county sewer easement and then  they regraded their
whole back yard.

I included a couple foundation cracks pics as well as what the COB
stormwater and road project did to my front yard in 2018
