Sarah - for what its worth, Chastain is a much better surveyor in my opinion and is better suited for contested/litigation matters.  He has surveyed for me all over the state.  I had him do my property when I bought it in 2020.

Hi Sally,

I called the other provider  https://mcclungsurveying.com<https://mcclungsurveying.com/>, you mentioned you all use, and they can do the survey in 3 weeks!

They are based in Smyrna ~ 20 minutes from my home versus Chastain & Associates in Ellijay, about 90 minutes outside of Atlanta.

This sounds like a more reasonable option to get this performed versus 6 weeks out,  it's not on the calendar, and it would be a 3 hour round trip driving time, etc

Sally, I learned that 2 corner pins are not visible and may have been dig up most likely during Brookhaven digging of the ROW easement for their stormwater project.  The next pin  would be in my driveway is not visible because it is under the cement driveway.

Would the surveyor just use the property across the street to measure?
