Good morning Sarah,

This settlement issue is still perplexing me as to its cause.

We are continuing to monitor it, particularly to see if settlement of the new topsoil fill dirt that Optech placed last week.
They filled in the disturbed area of your yard to top of curb, so this will give us something to monitor.

I am unable to locate plans/permits of the neighboring property, myself, but you can request info from Community Development office through an Open Records Request (online at City’s website here: https://www.brookhavenga.gov/cityclerk/page/open-records-request ) or in person or by mail.

Please do not hesitate to contact myself or Public Works department if unexpected settlement or sinkholes occur in the future.

Respectfully,

Good morning Steve,

Checking in on your investigation into why the whole ROW/front yard has settled 6+ inches all the way around on Osborne<https://prnt.sc/HDedN2dZg9Q9> and Grove Street NE<https://prnt.sc/SAdaTNSI5cVD>.

As you mentioned on 5/19, you would review the plans and permits for the neighboring property's buried downspout (2746 Grove)<https://prnt.sc/FdZwG-0mr2eB> to assist in the investigation.

What were those results?

Thank you so much for your continued work and attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Sarah

And thank you for your attentiveness and accommodating the crew with use of water!

I understand that they are going to put in Fescue sod.
