Thank you for touching base and updating me on drainage and others items there.
I’m out of the office today for my SO’s outpatient procedure and assisting with her recovery on that. But I’ll be back in tomorrow and will refresh with Carlos and Tom Roberts and see if we can check out a couple of those items and where this is at on the list of projects.

Subject: ROW sinkhole at 2740 Grove St NE & Osborne Road

Hi Steve,

I hope you are well.

During your site visit to the ROW's sinkhole on the corner of 2740 Grove St NE/ Osborne Road on 4/19, you mentioned to email you if I had any questions or thoughts. I don't know if this makes a difference, but it appears the neighbor has their front roof downspout buried into the ground; I don't know if that matters, but I can take a picture for you if you like.

During the visit, you inquired when it rains if I saw a water sheet flow coming across the driveway.  After we had spoken, I observed the rain on 4/30, and I did see water coming in as a sheet flow right above the grass and on the sidewalk into the driveway.
