12/31 - Met at my home (and I secretly recorded)  COB Linda Abaray, Eric
Long, Murray Nicol.

They told me they are reviewing for approval - Sweatman's most recent
construction plans and let me know he is* digging up the underground pipes
and turning the storm pipes into downspouts*,* and they can do that at any
time with no approvals*,* etc. *

***Are they allowed to do this during the pending lawsuits of the disputed
boundary line and illegally buried pipes? *

   1. * It has not been disclosed to COB there is a suit and countersuit.*

Throughout the meeting, Linda's team lied about several items, including
the fence law, stating the unfinished side facing my house is OK by code,
and it will not change; *she confirmed she signed off on it* and that it is
closed.
She said the whole project is correctly done and up to code, which is false.

Linda and her code enforcement team have been colluding and assisting
the Sweatman's plans, permits, codes approvals, expired permits,  closed my
violation tickets without addressing, ignoring my emails and questions.

I am still confirming - that the COB may have (accidentally or even
purposely) awarded a variance to Sweatman on top DeKalb's sewer easement
without DeKalb knowing  ( pending FOIAs).

- 5/2020 Variance passed
- 2/16/21 Dekalb  sign off after coaching the changes to the plans from a
rectangle to a rhombus, as they were still sitting in the sewer easement
(attached)

I will provide a timeline with the associated documents.

Additional notes:

   1. COB  (Eric) informed me they went to Sweatman's* before my requested
   meeting*, and  *returned  to Sweatman's afterward*. I unknowingly drove
   by and kindly stated - wow y, all are still here, Linda said - (Everyone
   smiling at me) "we're just meeting with some Brookhaven residents."
