Eric,

As we discussed earlier this week, the legal council Stewart provided has
not provided the legal transcript from the court date from over 5 months
ago that occurred on 5/28/24.

Stewart’s Legal counsel arrived late yesterday, with no transcript and
attempted to represent the situation blindly without it, and still has not
review the transcript  directly with me.

 I notified you that this was being mishandled prior to and never heard
back from you. I still have not received a transcript.
