I look forward to hearing from you about the investigation into why whole ROW/front yard has settled 6+inches all the way around.
Also the landscaper said the grass is fescue

Our Public Works maintenance contractor crew (OPTECH) is planning to come out today to excavate (hand dig and maybe small equipment the sinkhole attempt to determine the cause and seal the storm pipe joint(s) if those appear to be the problem. They anticipate arriving about noon today.
I will meet them out there (Carlos is off on medical leave this week) to coordinate with them on it.
