Neighbor John Carr & his wife who are the 3rd property that share the fence
line confirmed the whole fence was built by the original builder. They
confirmed on 8/15 @ 320 pm. ( We are in my driveway watching for an update
as Ambulance/police are outside tending to (chip pelly) on the corner.
