Steven showed me the pics of your back yard. It looks as if your lawn is retaining water and needs to be drained off in order for your lawn to be maintained and the grass to flourish. Please have a drainage expert come out and evaluate your back area and see if they recommend some drains to be installed or the level of the turf to be brought up in some way to reduce the amount of water the area is holding.

In the meantime, can you please move forward with the front yard and the ROW side on Osborne? Thanks!
