TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROPOSAL Acceptance of this proposal by Buyer shall be acceptance of all terms and conditions recited herein
or incorporated by reference. Allowing Allied Fence Company to commence work or preparation for work will constitute acceptance by Buyer of this Proposal and all its terms and conditions,
No back charges or claims of the Buyer for services shall be valid except by the agreement in writing by Allied Fence Company before the remedial work is executed,

If the Buyer fails to make payment to Allied Fence Company as herein provided, then Allied Fence Company may immediately stop work and may remove whatever material for which payment has not
been received, without prejudice to any other remedy it may have.
Buyer is to prepare all work areas so as to.be acceptable for Allied Fence Company's work under the contract. The Buyer is solely responsible for locating, staking, and clearing fence Hines. The Buyer also
agrees that Allied Fence Company will not be held responsible or liable for any damage of any nature to underground utilities. Allied Fence Company shall not be required to install its materials either (a)
under conditions contrary to manufacturer’s instructions; (b) under adverse weather conditions; (c) under conditions which are generally unacceptable in the trade: or (d) where job-site conditions are not suitable for ordesly, efficient and proper installation of the materials.
After acceptance of this Proposal as provided, Allied Fence Company shall be given a reasonable time
in which to make delivery of materials and/or labor to commence and complete the performance of the contract, Allied Fence Company shall not be responsible for delays or defaults where occasioned by
any causes of any kind and extent beyond ite control, including but not limited to: delays caused by the ownet, general contractor, architect and/or engineers; embargoes, shortages of labor, problems with
equipment or materials production facilities or transportation: labor difficulties, civil
disorders of any
kind; action of a civil or military authorities; vendor priorities and allocations, fires, floods, accidents or acts of God.
All workmanship is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for a period of one year
from the date
