Hi there, it’s okay.
It is deferred again for 30 days. There was additional opposition from a few more neighbors but the city is trying to find a fair outcome for the homeowner. Don did bring up the next redevelopment will be clearing and building on two Osborne lots.
I’m not sure if the Osborne zoning applications will be in tomorrow’s zoning meeting or at a future date as the info on the website is not updated.
Additionally, I have received two more fence quotes. One from Accent fence (they did the corner fence on Mabry and Osborne) and one from Chamblee fence.
I wasn’t sure if you wanted to use the previous company from last year as the dog ear style is no longer accepted etc. and we would need an updated quote.
Accent has been very responsive and cost effective. I have received a copy of their license/ # for the application and they can start as early as the end of the month/ first couple weeks in April. I am open to starting that soon.
If we would like, they can attach the facia board to one or both sides in the attached example. Although, after speaking to a few others I learned that the facia styling doesn’t always fair well long term.
Best, Sarah

Good evening Sarah, and thanks for the research re the fence.
We are keen to get started and I have no issue exploring other designs/suppliers. The image you sent is OK, however you'd also mentioned the style used on the new townhomes on Kendrick, just down from Nuts & Berries. We like that too.
The issue for us now is for us to work with our contrator for the screened in porch. We have received the OK from DeKalb county and are just awaitng permits from City of Brookhaven. We hope to start work very soon on the porch very soon and I just want to check with our team what they recommend for the sequence of work...by that I mean should we do the fence before or after we do the landscaping.
Their answer to this will influence the timing.
Thanks...we'll keep you posted.
