YARD SALE
& RENOVATION UPDATE Hi Neighbor!
Diana & | just wanted to let you know that this coming, Saturday between 9am and 1pm, we will be having a yard sale. This means a few things: 1. We will be putting out some yard signs on Thursday and Friday
There will be a lot of traffic on Grove Street for that morning...sorry about that! If you would like to put items out in your yard or in our yard to sell... please feel free to do so. 4. We will be asking any shoppers to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines. 2.

Secondly, having received approval for the variance on our new screened-in porch on the back deck, work will be recommencing on the last stage of our renovation. This will involve:
Removing and replacing the front concrete driveway and sidewalk Finishing the rear siding and trim Updating the deck and adding the screened-in porch Redoing the landscaping Fixing the fencing in the backyard
Putting our feet up and having a cocktail to celebrate completion. © We both thank you for your help with the City of Brookhaven variance and for your
understanding during this disruption and we look forward to it all being done.
