 Last week (12/30), I asked Sally not to speak with Lisa until a strategy
was in place.
(I don't know if this was respected)

Sally did not act in my best interest by sending an agreement  15 minutes
before the call without allowing enough time to read it, and the document
did not include anything about a counterclaim, etc.
