Sarah: Some of my colleagues have now gotten back to me with a few names of engineers they’ve used in similar cases. As you know, the scope of their work would be related to counterclaims concerning which you have retained personal counsel, and aren’t related to my defense of you in this case. Just need to be clear that Traveler’s has not authorized us to retain an expert.

The names I received are:

Also, I did call Steve following our last conversation. He claimed not to recall, or know anything about, the properties or parties involved in this lawsuit. I told him that if remembers anything, speaks to anyone, or has any questions he can feel free to give me a call back.
