I have been retained by Sarah Zeeman’s insurer, Travelers, to represent her in the defense of the above-referenced lawsuit. It is my understanding that she has retained you to represent you in her claims against Mr. Sweatman. To the extent that you plan on asserting any compulsory counterclaims, I have attached a copy of our draft Answer to the petition for your review and revisions.

Please let me know if you have time tomorrow or later this week to discuss Ms. Zeeman’s case. I will be in hearings all day today, but will be checking email often, in case you have any questions.
