I am speaking with Maureen @ 4

   1. Was Maureen/Frank instructed to use the original survey from the
   lawsuit or the new one (weaker for me) from the title company?
   2. Are there potential Rose law-created “conflicts” that would cause me
   issues if this goes to trial?
