I have followed up several times and have not received a response. I am going to call her private counsel now and see if he's heard from her. Also, I have been in communication with the permit expediter, and he is working on city/county approval for the plat so we can put this matter to rest. They have the court order, but he doesn't know if that will actually make the process faster; it could take 2-3 months they said.

As a follow-up, I have been asking the insured for roughly two months to review the redlined settlement agreement and haven't heard a substantive response.
