Ms. Daldry,

Good morning. Brett and I spoke just now and he agreed for his surveyor to correct an omission in the survey to accurately reflect my clients improvements. As soon as we receive this corrected survey, then the parties will submit the proposed order to the Court with the final survey.

The parties already agreed to the language of the proposed Order but the survey is to be included as an exhibit.

Please let us know if you or the Court have any questions.

Thanks,

Lisa
