Unless theres an objection, lets go forward with the Depo on Oct 10, 11, or 12.  Whatever day is chosen, counsel can email me a consent exception to the deadline, and well move forward.

Ms. Daldry,



      Opposing counsel was previously notified that Ms. Zeeman's expert would not be available until October.

They wanted it before September 11, which we could not accommodate. They  filed a Notice of Deposition on September 7th for the 11th.



The expert and I are available, and have offered, October 10, October 11, and October 12 as days we are both available.
