Thanks! I will call the insureds private counsel to confirm the scope, but its my understanding that the entire deposition is focused on impervious surfaces/yard renovations related to water runoff which is wholly irrelevant to the encroachments. I know this matter has already been expensive, so I would like to keep fees down if possible; especially if its not beneficial to our claims. 



I can attend Ms. Zeemans deposition tomorrow if youd like. For hers, they may or may not bring up the fence location at the time of her purchase so there may be a benefit to attending (unlike Plaintiffs scheduled for today).
