Email Body
In the future, if there is a missed call, please also feel free to email me and/or Celeste to schedule a time to discuss the case. I also need a status on the settlement. Jeff and I spoke in length several times last week and the week prior regarding it and I have not seen any revisions or comments to date. For clarity, there are no calls with Jeff that have not been returned. We have had many calls regarding the settlement and this case.

1. Yes, please send ALL requested documents today.

2. The fence needs to be moved immediately, as it is not in compliance with the court transcript (pg 41). I've completed what I needed to do.

The plat isnt final until its approved by the City and County. It has been presented/submitted by Gaddy and the expediter he retained to move this forward, but it needs an official approval before it is final.

3. Yes, please include me in the call with the City Attorney, and on all future calls and communications, please confirm the call's time and dial-in #.

I just sent you the Teams invite which has the link to join.

4. Who initiated the previous call you mentioned, of Gaddy/Plat Expediter +

City Attorney, please list the names of each and every party involved in the call and name all the parties that were aware of this call.

There was no previous call. When the Plat Expediter submitted the plat and Court Order, the City Attorney reached out to opposing counsel, Gaddy, and I requesting this call.

5. Why was Gaddy speaking directly with the City Attorney concerning my property, inserting himself in a Brookhaven citizen's private lawsuit, without my knowledge or notifying my lawyer, Jeff Banks?

Gaddy was retained, per your request, to prepare the plat, submit it for approval, and to ensure that the tax parcels were properly adjusted. The litigation is settled per the transcript. Further, both Jeff and I represent you and we have worked very hard on this matter which ultimately led to settlement. Prior communications and statements by you expressed how thankful you were to have such competent and intelligent counsel. It is our job to represent you, which is what we are doing, and to advise you based on the law and facts of the case. In this scenario, Gaddy is a third party that was retained; you explicitly requested him. The plat approval process does not involve counsel as we paid him to complete the permitting process which is the approval and tax map amendments.

After you've answered these questions, let's schedule a call before tomorrow's call with the City Attorney.
