What else was submitted to the city without my knowledge?

    *   Under OCGA  43-15-7, only licensed professionals may engage in land surveying.

    *   Presenting altered survey documents as original or official may violate state criminal codes and result in disciplinary action from the Georgia Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.

            I spoke with Gaddy and confirmed that the plat did not change. The only reason there is a May date is because they added the Court Order to the cover page when they submitted it for approval to the City. 



            Please provide the alleged code violations and details regarding the same.
