Do you have the updated topography report? Also, opposing counsel does want the property staked every 4-6 feet. What timeline do you need for that? Sorry - I know this one is more involved than most. I appreciate your work!

I apologize for the delay in completing this task. I have been severely under the weather for the last week. I have meticulously gone through the revised lot configuration survey and believe this task is 100% completed. If you get an order from the judge (that includes the language regarding approval of lot coverage) that can be inserted onto the cover sheet, I will be happy to insert it before it gets submitted to the city and county.
I have attached the three requested legal descriptions in Microsoft Word format. The pins were set on the new property lines and were marked in the field back in November when all the attorneys and owners were present at the properties.
Let me know if anything else is needed.
