The survey can be updated showing the new property line once the lot relocation plat has been approved by the city and recorded at the courthouse. Until then, it is not correct.



Please elaborate on the minor corrections to the structures.



I have been out of the loop on this project and just trying to catch up.

Thank you so much; I hope Frank is feeling better (I was out with the flu for two weeks so my sympathy goes out). I appreciate the notice on dates so that we can coordinate. 



As for the topography, my client was under the impression that is would be updated with the new property lines and minor corrections to the structures that were made. Is that possible? My client wanted it to match the new survey and thought it was covered by the payment.

We will put in the work order for next week to stake the new shared property line every 4-6 feet as requested.

In regards to your request about topography, are you looking for a copy of the topographic survey?

Do you have the updated topography report? Also, opposing counsel does want the property staked every 4-6 feet. What timeline do you need for that? Sorry  I know this one is more involved than most. I appreciate your work!
