We finally received the transcript from the court reporter. She was near impossible to track down. As for the survey, Gaddy has been out sick the last few days. I have called, emailed, etc. and his staff informed me that three members are out sick and there is no one to finalize it. I can email the staff attorney to inform the Court and push dates out if youd like. Please let me know.
