Please temporarily  pause on sending these. I’m questioning a few things Maureen  mentioned yesterday and would like to think through them in more detail.

(Removing the new survey info and former att box area info from a report, timing of their Actions etc)

1. What are the consequences of terminating them? Mainly time delay and possible loss of your payment
2. Can she/Frank move forward with sweatman after the fact.  I don’t know if there is any specific law or rule of engineering ethics that would prevent it, but I don’t see them doing that.  In 30 years, I have not seen that happen.  We would object and the court would have to decide.  If you would like us to perform the legal research now, we can, but I don’t know that you want to incur that expense.
3. Can she/Frank  use my photos/evidence for sweatman  - same answer as above.
4. Can she/Frank be a witness etc – same answer as above
5. What are my chances of getting my $1000 returned after no report for 143 days (6 months) I don’t know what Maureen would say.  We would have to make the request.
