Ms. Zeeman:

The screenshot in your 7/16/25 email is either inaccurate or incomplete.  Mr. Ledermeier has filed his appearance with the Court.  The Court is aware that he represents you.  He is clearly listed as counsel for the Defendant on filings on the Court docket.  This is a non-issue.

The “closing” of the case is another non-starter.  The clerk administratively marked the case closed after the Court was advised the case was going to settle.  Mr. Ledermeier did not close the case, nor could he.  The Court knows what to do if the case does not settle.

As for the topographical survey, Mr. Ledermeier states that you have been provided with everything.  The plat has been filed and is under review.  Everything that Gaddy needed to do to resolve the title issue has been completed.

As far as your “other attorney,” please discuss with Mr. Ledermeier who you would like to have included or copied on correspondence.

Your request to replace Mr. Ledermeier is again denied.  There is no basis to do so and it would be counterproductive at this point in the case.  The matter is on the verge of settlement.  Please continue to give your cooperation to Mr. Ledermeier as the settlement agreement is finalized.

Brett Ledermeier has been purposefully leaving my other attorney off of emails with the city of Brookhaven attorney since June 9th. This is unacceptable.

Dekalb County Court also confirmed Brett incorrectly closed my court case and this is completely unacceptable.

After over 10 requests Brett still won’t provide a signed and updated topographical report with the legends and trees defined like I was provided in 2024.

Please provide a qualified replacement.
