Hi Eric,
*You can verify that the attached screenshot accurately reflects what is
currently shown on the DeKalb County court system’s public portal:
https://portal-gadekalb.tylertech.cloud/portal/
<https://portal-gadekalb.tylertech.cloud/portal/>. This information is
publicly available and free to view.*
Brett just provided me with a *new survey today*, which now reflects a
signing date of *May 2025???*
Brett will not explain *what changes* necessitated this new survey
date or *why
it was signed two months ago* and only shared with me today. Furthermore,
Brett has refused to clarify *why* he delayed sending me this for 2 months,
and it is still missing the tree legend like the 1st - 2024 topo survey has.
This is not the first incident involving uncommunicated alterations. The
last time Brett made changes, he *altered the February survey to a March
version without my knowledge*. He then *filed that altered version with the
courts and closed the case*, again without notifying or* discussing with me
or my other legal counsel.*
Brett has had a working relationship with my personal attorney since 2023,
yet has repeatedly *excluded him from critical correspondence and updates
related to my case*.
Given Brett's ongoing lack of transparency and unilateral decision-making,
I respectfully request a *qualified replacement* to be assigned to my case
immediately.
Best regards,
Sarah Zeeman
