I don’t know when they found out.  I called you the same day I found out on 7/26.  When did they know Rose was involved?  There is no established rule for what happens in this situation.  You can request a refund and see if it can be amicably resolved.

I paid them over $1000….. when did they discover the conflict and what exactly was the conflict?

I have let Haight Davis know to stop work on your case.  We need to get an alternative engineer onboard asap if we are to get this case to mediation.  The following are two engineers that you may find acceptable.  Please call them or and anyone else you want to consider.
