I have let Haight Davis know to stop work on your case.  We need to get an alternative engineer onboard asap if we are to get this case to mediation.  The following are two engineers that you may find acceptable.  Please call them or and anyone else you want to consider.  Once you have selected a new engineer, I will retain that person on your behalf to protect the work product privilege.

Hello -
I  am not OK with the conflict.
I paid H-D $1000 in March 2022.
Almost 6 months later, I do not have the report.
H-D has had the original survey in the lawsuit documents since March.

* I also believe Sweatman  "uncapped the underground pipes"  again as water directly  "funnels" where the pipes are, as shown in the attached video from 2 days ago
