I hope all is well and happy Friday! I spoke with Stewart and they believe that they best course is to use the survey that already has the information for both properties. The line would be marked so we would know exactly where it will be prior to any settlement being executed. That also enables us to move this forward without a full survey of each property. If Gaddy is to be used, that expense would need to be covered by you. I understand you don’t like the other surveyor, but with the lines being marked for inspection I see no reason why the additional cost is necessary.

I am happy to jump on a call with you to discuss as well.
