Thank you for the further clarification,

Just so there is no misunderstanding, | am agreeing to the redrawing of the areas outlined below, per the original email request of August 13th, 2021.

This redrawing permission DOES NOT extend to the rear boundary of our property, except in the immediate corner with the lot at 2740, nor to the boundary to the right, as viewed from Grove Street, and shared by lots 2746 and 2752.

In addition we expect that Survey Land Express will copy me with a PDF of the new drawing for my review, immediately it is completed. Thanks.

Good morning Rick and Eugene,

| have had an opportunity to consult with our legal counsel earlier this morning and based upon advice, we no longer have an objection to Survey Land Express coming onto our property as they survey 2740.

Since they are familiar with our lot at 2746, that should make their lives easier, plus their property corner markers are still in place, attathced to the original rebar stakes, as are two of the five stakes they used in May of this year when they marked the line between 2740 and 2746 for us. | have also 8

replace the other three stakes that they installed in May along the shared line, since three went missing.

For clarification. This permission applies only to Survey Land Express; they may come onto our property if they need to; and the cost is to be 100% by the owner of 2740 Grove Street.

Please advise when they expect to come since we also have a number of other contractors working at out house right now.
