Dear Eugene and Mr. Sweatman:

By way of introduction this office represents the neighbor of Mr. Sweatman, who resides at 2746 Grove Street NE.

Mr. Sweatman’s neighbor (our client) is Sarah Zeeman, who owns 2740 Grove St. NE.

We are in the process of pursuing negotiations to resolve a dispute about the location of the parties’ mutual boundary line. To this end | will need to get a detailed survey of the properties.

We are attaching a March 11, 2020 survey that Mr. Sweatman had ordered from you all. With Mr. Sweatman’s permission, we would like to have you all update the survey to provide more

detail on the monuments located in or around the parties’ disputed boundary line. (I’ve circled the area in blue on the 3/11/20 survey.)

’ve attached photos of the area in which I’ve annotated the locations that I’d like to include in the survey.

We do not have Mr. Sweatman’s permission, yet, to order an updated survey. But | understand from your office that he can email you directly to provide such permission.

Assuming that Mr. Sweatman is in agreement, can you also send us a rough estimate of your anticipated charges before you start working on this matter? Many thanks, in advance.
