Apologies I responded too fast. The corner he is referring to is next to
DeKalb's sewer easement that he got approval for (from DeKalb) and was the
cause for him to get the updated survey.
He doesn't want that to be at risk as he needed the updated survey to allow
for his construction additionally those neighbors are not aware that I have
engaged you.
I think it will be OK as long as the surveyor identifies my current shared
corner with him on all sides of the rebar.
